This page explains what happens to the information you enter in our solar savings calculator, and what we do when you contact us.
What we collect
The calculator asks for your monthly electric bill, how much shade your roof gets and the type of property. Those answers stay in your browser: the calculator doesn't send them to us or store them anywhere. We don't ask for your name, address, Social Security number or payment details on this site.
If you text, email or call us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to write, the same as any message. The "text us" button only pre-fills a message in your own messaging app; nothing is sent until you hit send.
How we use it
We use what you send us only to reply to you and prepare your quote. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Text messages
We only text you in reply to a message you sent us, about your quote or installation. We won't add you to marketing texts. Reply STOP at any time and we'll stop texting you. Message and data rates may apply.
Where it's stored and for how long
This website has no database or contact form. Messages you send us live in our phone and email accounts. We keep them while we're working on your quote or project and as long as needed for warranty and legal records, and we'll delete them sooner if you ask, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Like any website, the company that hosts this site (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the page and protect it from attacks.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't use third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics), social media pixels or tracking cookies. That's why there's no cookie banner here: there's nothing of that kind to accept or decline.
This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to count visits, see which ads bring people here, and know when someone finishes the calculator. These tools set cookies and receive technical data about your visit (such as pages viewed, device and approximate location) and the calculator answers (bill amount, shade and property type), but never your name, phone number, email or messages.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don't load these tools at all. You can also block them in your browser settings, use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or adjust your ad preferences in your Meta account.
Your rights
Depending on the state you live in, you may have the right to know what personal information we have about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We honor these requests for everyone, wherever you live. To make one, contact us using the details below. We won't treat you differently for doing so.
Children
This site is meant for adults and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page. Questions about your information can be sent by text, phone or email using the contact details at the bottom of this page.
